Eek, I already wanted to write a journal about that a week ago, but somehow never got around to do that.
Anyway, with my new powerfull computer and all, I actually could do some hypercam recordings again at higher framerates than 5 frames per second.
So, I put Sonic Billiard up on youtube.
Although I did change the structure of the movie a bit, as certain segments of the movie are understandble on their own, thus increasing the chances of people watching those without jumping off due to the sheer lenght of the previous scenes. It's the same I would do for the Newgrounds version.
Hm. I did actually forget about Hypercam's text message popping up in the upper left corner, so you'll have to live with that.

"Bowling and everything else" segmentwww.youtube.com/watch?v=J5yHpF…
If you choose to watch the video on youtube even though you already saw the flash version, you may notice some neat intros / outros for some of the videos.
Also, the "Bowling and everything else" segment has one new extra outtake
at the end, which probably won't be fitting into the newgrounds version due to file size issues, and not on deviantArt due to *hard cough* ..."musical" issues.
A shame, it would have perfectly made sense on Newgrounds, kinda as an hommage to the Sonic Shorts, but ah well.
Speaking of which, since I recently kept having art blocks and stuff, decided to put the project on hold and focuss on some other stuff for a while.
Either way, since various people gave me new ideas, it might take a while to animate those anyway.
And without any decent transition whatsoever, hereby I present to you some Sonic Billiard-fanart
And there's another one -
But before checking it out, you should first take a look at this image
, before going on to this one
by the same artist.
Also, let's not forget about the comic that gave me the first spark of inspiration for the entire animation in the first place: meltina.deviantart.com/art/A-s…
If you scroll down far enough, you can still find the comment where I got the original idea for making it. |D
AND THAT CONCLUDES THIS JOURNAL. what a crappy ending line.
